Our valued client is a Tasmanian owned supplier and manufacturer of quality timber products Australia-Wide.
They are seeking to employ a Qualified Wood Machinist  to work at their Glenorchy site.
This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.15pm.
About the Role Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be expected to complete the following duties: Operate and maintain woodworking machinery with precision.
Produce high-quality wood products to exact specifications.
Collaborate with a talented team in a dynamic work environment.
About You You will be a highly motivated machinist with the ability to go above the call of duty when needed.
To be successful, you will possess the following qualities: Qualified Wood machinist  Tool Setting and Tool Grinding.
Tool changing for profiles Ability to maintain Wood Machinery and following OH&S requirements.
Computer Literacy and the ability to read technical drawings and specifications To be able to communicate clearly.
