We are seeking a skilled welder to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success. Position Summary: As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal components and structures using various welding techniques. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the timely and efficient production of our products. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding machines Perform various welding techniques, such as butt welding, fillet welding, and overhead welding Inspect welds for quality and defects Maintain and clean welding equipment Follow safety procedures and regulations Qualifications and Skills: Trade certificate or diploma in welding or related field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in welding Strong knowledge of welding techniques and processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and growth Supportive and collaborative work environment
