ING Australia's Digital Channels Growth and Optimisation team are recruiting for a Website Content Editor who is a passionate advocate for quality digital customer experience, has a genuine interest in the technology that provides that experience and is a competent self-learner.
This is an entry level job into the Digital and Assisted Channels Tribe within the Retail Bank at ING that will provide exciting long term career progression prospects!

What You'll Do
Managing and prioritising incoming content update requests for ing.com.au, Adviser and Broker sites (front end changes) Maintain a backlog of customer experience and performance improvements/fixes IT fault management – working with Service centre and Contact centre to identify faults Regular Content audit support – regular reviews, updates and record keeping Coordinate publishing requests that are intended to go live outside of business hours delivery teams What We're Looking For
Proven experience in front end coding of websites with HTML and CSS – excellent HTML skills are essential.
JavaScript coding a plus.
Understanding of web and mobile development frameworks and technologies Experience using excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for communicating ideas Relevant education (courses) in IT, digital, web development or design Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with an array of stakeholders What's in it for you?
