Water Well Driller

Egan Drilling is a long-established privately owned and operated drilling company that specializes in Water Well and Reverse Circulation drilling.
Due to demand, Egan is looking for experienced Water Well Drillers to join our Hydro team.
To be successful in the role: WA Class 1 (min) Waterwell Licence with endorsements Rotary Air (RA), Rotary Mud (RM).Experience in the drilling and construction of large diameter bores.Ability to adhere strictly to Egan Drilling's Safe Work Policies and Procedures.Communicate regularly and demand actions to meet an ever-changing work environment/site requirements.Sound mechanical knowledge and ability to report any faults to ensure reliability of the fleet.Strong capability to lead by example, representing the company's best interests at all times.Good work ethic.Enjoy working in a team-focused environment.Requirements to be considered: HR Drivers Licence (essential).Certificate III in Drilling Operations (preferred).Class 1 Waterwell licence RA/RM endorsements.Satisfactory National Police Clearance dated within 6 months (or able to obtain on request).4WD Certificate (preferred).Working at Heights (essential).Drilling, OHS, and T&A Certificates (highly regarded).Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen (essential).What we offer you: Highly competitive pay rates.FIFO 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster (flexible for the right candidates).Full-time permanent employment.Supportive management team and work environment.Find out more about Egan Drilling on our website http://www.egandrilling.com.au.
