Proactive Personnel are working closely with a successful distribution company to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader for their site in Deeside.

Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity goals are met.
Operate a forklift for heavy lifting tasks and materials handling within the warehouse.
Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to track inventory levels accurately.

Hours and Pay:
37.5 hours per week
Day shifts
Monday to Friday
Salary between £26 - 28k dependent on experience

Required:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
Experience with warehouse management systems.
