Waratah Eco Works is currently seeking a full-time Qualified Supervisor to join our expanding team.

We are looking for people who will complement our diverse, inclusive workplace.WEW conducts bush rehabilitation on various sites across the Greater Sydney.
We are particularly looking for a supervisor to service sites from Willoughby to Blacktown.
The work involves a range of activities including: bush regeneration, bush rehabilitation, revegetation activities, creek armouring, track construction and maintenance, and use of machinery (chainsaws, brush cutters, etc.
).Essential Requirements for a Supervisor:Qualification in Conservation and Land Management III/Conservation & Ecosystem Management or higherPrevious experience working as a supervisor of bush regeneration teams, preferably 2+ years' experienceExcellent native and weed identification skillsExcellent physical fitnessReliability and punctualityExcellent communication skills, report writing, and planning skillsGood team/people management skillsChemcert AQF – 3First Aid CertificateOHS White CardSite allocations would vary depending on your location, client contracts, and other business considerations.
