About the Role
As Operations Manager, you'll take charge of:
Sales Management : Driving sales across boats, parts, accessories, and services. Cost Control & Profitability : Managing budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies. Operational Oversight : Ensuring inventory, customer service, and store operations run smoothly. Team Leadership : Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to achieve team goals. Customer Service Excellence : Maintaining high customer satisfaction and creating strong relationships. Business Development : Collaborating on marketing strategies, exploring growth opportunities, and contributing to future acquisitions. What We're Looking For
Proven experience in operations management or a senior sales role (marine or retail preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving results. Financial acumen, including P&L management and cost control. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Marine industry knowledge is a bonus, but not essential.
