About the Role As Vice President Engineering, you will be a key executive leader, responsible for managing and deploying multidisciplinary engineering resources in a product development environment. Your role will include driving completion of program requirements, strategic planning, and ensuring the successful implementation of new services and products across multiple projects using a Systems Engineering approach. Inclusive and diverse workplace. Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in the Defence industry or similar sectors like infrastructure, mining, construction, or aerospace. Minimum of 10 years in a supervisory role leading a multidisciplinary engineering team. Proven experience managing engineering resources across multiple projects within a product development environment. Strong background in leadership, team building, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization structure. Demonstrated skills in software and electronics engineering. Eligible for defence security clearance. Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering problems and ensure the safe and secure delivery of products. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and on the National Engineering Register (NER) is required.
