We are looking for a Vendor Project Manager!
We are seeking a dynamic Vendor Project Manager to oversee and enhance our collaborations with third-party vendors. If you excel in operational and financial management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities: Management:Vendor Oversight: Manage operational and financial aspects of third-party vendors.Documentation: Review and keep vendor-specific documents current.Issue Management: Address and escalate vendor issues/risks as needed.Communication:Primary Liaison: Main contact between vendors, project team, and sponsors.Escalation Pathway: Maintain clear escalation pathways with vendors.Relationship Building: Foster positive working relationships with vendors.Information Sharing: Communicate vendor-related information to the study team and sponsor. Coordinate site communication through CTMs and CRAs.Meeting Participation: Attend vendor and team meetings, providing updates.Training and Presentations: Lead vendor management processes and training sessions as needed.Finance:Financial Management: Oversee contracts, budgets, and invoices for vendors.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate study start-up quotes and contracts.Compliance: Ensure vendor adherence to contractual agreements.Contract Finalization: Collaborate with Project Analyst and Legal to finalize contracts.Budget Monitoring: Monitor vendor spend and initiate timely change orders.Forecasting and Reporting: Oversee vendor forecasting and reporting.Quality Assurance:Audit Participation: Engage in vendor-related audits.Documentation Management: Ensure vendor documents are filed in eTMF.Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation for audits.Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical research, including a management role as a team lead or project manager, required.Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing vendors, strongly preferred.Experience with contract negotiations, strongly preferred.Experience with sponsor relationship management, strongly preferred.Minimum of 1 year of drug development experience, preferred.Travel of up to 25% is required for this position. Exact amounts of travel will vary, pending client needs.English fluency (ability to read, write, speak).Why Join Us?
