Vehicle Registration Administrator – Stock Controller – Automotive

We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Stock Controller/Automotive Administrator. The opportunity to work in a fast paced environment will give the candidate the opportunity to show their organisational skills and communication skills. This role calls for someone who is confident and process driven – a role that the candidate can truly make their successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to: Maintaining Vehicle Stock across multiple Vehicle BrandsManufacturer Incentives/BonusesCommunicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being vehicle registrations, transfers and disposals.Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and ensuring accuracy and timeliness is followed.Ensuring errors, inaccuracies and discrepancies are resolved and addressed in a timely manner. Qualifications and Experience Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essentialHistory in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.A positive attitudeGreat Team PlayerAbility to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong Time Management SkillsAbility to preform under pressure.
