The Position This is a rare opportunity for an inspired Administration professional who thrives in a values-focused organisation with multiple competing priorities. Working in close collaboration with the broader teaching and learning team, you will be responsible for the College's VASS responsibilities.
This role requires a high degree of organisation, attention to detail and accuracy whilst successfully cultivating positive working relationships. The successful candidate will operate with the passion of supporting the young people educated by Parade College at the heart of their work performed.
This is a full-time ongoing position, attracting seven weeks' school holidays. The position is classified as Education Support Employee Level 3 position attracting an annual salary within the range $77,432 to $87,736 per annum plus superannuation. Part-time applications may be considered (FTE 0.8 or higher). The ideal candidate will have: A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Understanding of and commitment to the values of a Catholic educational system of schools in the Edmund Rice tradition.Extensive Administration experience in a busy environment, with experience working with systems and/or within education administration considered an advantage.Demonstrated an ability to adapt to new and changing environments.Interpersonal skills and an ability to successfully engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Willingness to be trained in and perform any of the duties falling under the 'key responsibilities' section of this position description.Currently possess, or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and complete a National Police Check. Extensive training will be provided to the successful candidate as well as the opportunity to undertake further training.All Staff are expected to support and participate in the faith life of the College including commitment to the College Mission, ethos, and participate in ongoing professional development and learning.
