JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary: We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences across all digital platforms.
The UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities: Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business and user needs Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design Communicate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field 3+ years of experience in UX design Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite Experience with user research and usability testing Excellent communication and collaboration skills Pope Recruitment Pty Ltd
