Leading user experience design fordigital products and services, especially in the B2C web application space. Designing and delivering informationarchitectures, wireframes, user interface and visual designs, and design assetlibraries. A strong portfolio of successful user experience projects isrequired. Conducting user research and user testingusing visual tools, analytics and evidence to map user journeys and driveimprovement. Working in multidisciplinary teams andbuilding effective stakeholder relationships in a rapid change environment. Demonstrated ability to articulate yourvision and design recommendations, collaborate with influence and advocate fora user centred design approach. Ability to articulate and apply the DigitalService Standard, Agile methodology and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA. Ability to work in anembedded agile delivery team, translating UX strategy and concepts intomeaningful and deliverable products. Tertiary qualifications in a field such ashuman centred design, behavioural psychology, product/project management,information technology or significant experience in these fields.
