Culture & Benefits: Permanent full-time position based in our well-established Kewdale depot One of Australia's largest privately owned Transport and Logistics Companies Close-knit team with supportive management and career development within the company Attractive team benefits, stability, and exciting national growth opportunities Career development with extraordinary opportunities on a national scale Discounts on one of Australia's largest health insurance companies Fast-growing organisation, with excellent training, progression, and support Tasks & Responsibilities: Schedule, coordinate and monitor movement of Specialised Fleet in line with Fatigue Management Manage site levels in accordance with their requirements and daily usage Manage load request times for customers followed up with responsive communication Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance Ensure safe, cost-effective and reliable distribution of products Ensure optimum configuration and maintenance of best practice Capturing of data and relevant safety statistics for client KPIs Establish and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning and daily delivery volumes Skills & Experience: Previous scheduling or equivalent experience is highly regarded Heavy Haulage experience or a passion for it is ideal Highly developed organisational, planning and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication Ability to work autonomously and as part of a fast-paced team Why Join Centurion?
