Demonstrated ability to prioritise and schedule / organise individual workload to achieve outcomes within negotiated timeframes, monitor project activities with reference to deadlines and provide quality advice and sound recommendations to Project LeadsComfort with the requirement to work on concurrent training packages and be an enthusiastic problem solver for a wide array of small and large tasksThorough knowledge of instructional design methodologies suitable for training package development in an adult learning environment and the ability to provide evidence of this if interviewedWell-developed prioritisation, time management and organisation skills with previous experience managing multiple projects, tasks and deadlines.RESPONSIBILITIES:Working collaboratively with the Program Training Lead and Suppliers to identify and analyse the training needs to ensure planning and delivery of effective training for internal and external stakeholdersThe end-to-end design, development and facilitation of blended technical training programs using dedicated training environments and tools, including assessment criteria that integrates and supports the programThe timely, practical and logistical coordination of training and learning programs.
