We are a Victoria-based Registered Training Organization that offers building and construction courses to domestic students with Victorian Government funding. Our head office is located in Hallam.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to oversee the delivery of our training programs. The Training Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our courses are delivered effectively, meet compliance requirements, and continue to offer quality education to our students. You will lead and manage a team of trainers and work closely with other departments to enhance the educational offerings of BCTA.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards.Manage and mentor a team of trainers, providing leadership and professional development.Ensure all government-funded programs adhere to relevant training packages and funding body requirements.Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and satisfaction.Collaborate with academic staff and industry partners to align training programs with market needs.Maintain accurate records, including student progress, compliance reports, and training evaluations.Stay updated on changes in vocational education regulations and government funding in Victoria.Key Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the vocational education and training (VET) sector.Strong understanding of government-funded training programs, compliance, and ASQA regulations.Experience managing and leading a team of trainers or educators.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations.TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) is essential.Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a focus on continuous improvement.Why Join Us?
