We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our client's team in a permanent capacity, and support them in the delivery of their projects in Albany. This is a critical position for our client, so they will be interviewing straight away.

DutiesImplement a quality training framework for all relevant learning activities.Develop, review, and assess training programs, processes, and key performance indicators to ensure they align with strategic goals.Suggest modifications to training providers or programs for management review, emphasizing cost, location, course content, and their capacity to meet established KPIs.Offer on-site assistance to managers and supervisors with training needs and information requests.Offer consistent and in-depth support to internal and external stakeholders in establishing training objectives.Skills and ExperienceExperience in a similar positionCirca 4 years of demonstrated experience in a training role or similar, focusing on e-learning platforms, course design, and delivery.Background in the rail, transportation, or infrastructure sectors, or comparable fields - Ideal.RequiredPrevious experience in a similar role in the training environmentTertiary Qualification in Education/Training OR minimum Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentQuality Auditing Certification - AdvantageousFull Australian Working Rights - EssentialCultureWorking within a small and friendly team, this client prides themselves on their positive office environment.
