We have established a strong training culture as well as several unique training programs including Leadership Lab, Fast Track, Immersion, and Bootcamp.
We are in the process of adding the 'First Focus Leadership Academy', a hands-on leadership development program for middle managers to round out our suite of training programs.About the roleThe Learning and Development Specialist will ultimately have ownership of the entire First Focus Academy which encompasses all training programs, together with our LMS and video library.In addition, they will be responsible for the onboarding function across the business, ensuring that new employees have the best possible experience and are able to become settled and productive as quickly as possible.Reporting to the CPO, the successful candidate will have proven experience in implementing and managing successful training programs, ideally in the technology space.RequirementsDemonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally in the technology spaceProven track record of implementing and managing successful leadership training programsExperience in creating and implementing onboarding tracks and upskilling plansExcellent communication and facilitation skillsHighly developed emotional intelligenceA passion for learning and people developmentA warm personality and a great sense of humor!Genuine and authentic connection with our First Focus values (check them out on the About Us page of our website)First Focus welcomes applications from Neurodiverse candidates.
