Training Analyst

The role This Government Department is seeking a Training Analyst to join the team on a contract role.The Initial contract is through to end of June 2025.Working closely with the Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training and support materials.Responsibilities Work closely stakeholders to determine training requirements and ensure learning modules are consistent with legislative requirements Assist with the design and scheduling of online training programs and develop associated materials Deliver training to school principals, school staff and corporate staff Conduct evaluations to assist in the continuous improvement of training Contributing to change communication planning and drafting communication materials as needed Required Proven experience as a Training Specialist Experience in Education sector and/or public sector Excellent written communication, presentation and public speaking skills Knowledge of and interest in occupational health and safety and/or workers compensation Understanding of sound educational design principles, teaching methodologies and tools A valid driver's licence Note that the role may require travel to locations across Victoria.Apply now to secure an interview or contact Anita Fonseka at ******
