You will play a key part in the learning experiences of our students and be part of the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
The Opportunity: Deliver language, literacy, numeracy & digital skills training Engage students using effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approach Identify barriers to learning to support student attendance Bring learning to life for students and use different forms of communication to gain positive outcomes Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements About you: Ability to work with diverse participants A driven, supportive, and community-minded person working with learners, including non-English speakers, to support them in building future opportunities through learning Able to motivate and upskill jobseekers to improve their LLN skills to complete education and gain employment Capacity and desire to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within the vocational area Qualifications: Bachelor of Education with TESOL or an undergraduate degree or teacher qualification with a Graduate Diploma or Education or postgraduate TESOL Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework preferred Next steps: If you have a passion for helping people, please click "apply" to find out more about the role.
