You will be supported by professional staff in the workplace and receive mentoring and formal training as part of your employment.
These traineeships are ideal for candidates just completing school and we are happy to wait for the school year to be over before a training contract is created.

What would this involve?
You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract and hosted to one of our valued clients.
Full time hours.
Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays for the year.
Theory training conducted by an experienced trainer.
To be considered for these roles you must: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be well presented, with a professional attitude and disposition.
Have great customer service skills.
Be able to use current technology to deliver services.
Demonstrate attention to detail – your resume & cover letter will be scrutinised.
Be organised and show the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
Aptitude testing will need to be undertaken as part of the recruitment process, within a strict timeframe.
Show that you work well in a team environment.
Have proven initiative, maturity and be able to adhere to confidentiality requirements.
Have an understanding of safe work practices.
Show the desire to complete a Traineeship on the job.
