The Customer Experience team is the face of Council and plays a critical role in shaping first impressions and delivering a quality customer service experience. It is a high performing team that provides frontline support by handling internal and external customer enquiries over the phone, in-person or via email.
**Role Highlights:**
* Report to the Customer Experience Coordinator
* Work closely with Customer Experience Seniors at our Windsor office
* Develop a broad range of administration skills
* Complete an accredited Cert III Business Administration qualification
**About the Role:**
You will work closely with our Customer Experience Seniors to deliver quality customer service. This is a great opportunity to develop your administration skills and progress your career in Local Government or Customer Service based industries.
**About You:**
You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy customer contact, data entry, a fast-paced environment and being a team player. You're results orientated and have high attention to detail.
**Essential Criteria:**
* Completion of Year 10 School Certificate or equivalent
* Demonstrated customer service or administration experience
* Good telephone manner with ability to listen, accurately document customers requirements and maintain confidentiality
* Computer/data entry skills and experience with the ability to touch type with high accuracy
* Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with internal and external customers
* Strong willingness to take instruction, ask questions and follow through to achieve completion of assigned tasks
* Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
