This role involves ensuring the safety of road users by managing traffic flow.Job DetailsPosition: Level 2 Traffic ControllerLocation: Pinelands, NTEmployment Type: Casual-ongoingStart Date: ImmediatePay Rate: $36 per hour + penaltiesKey ResponsibilitiesSet up, manage, and dismantle traffic control plans in accordance with safety regulations.Direct and control traffic to maintain a safe environment for both workers and the public.Monitor traffic conditions and adjust traffic control measures as needed.Maintain traffic control signage and equipment in proper working order.Communicate effectively with team members, site supervisors, and drivers to ensure smooth traffic operations.Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations at all times.QualificationsValid NT Driver's LicenceWhite CardWorkzone Traffic Controller Tickets (new tickets will have TMD1, TMD2, TC1 & TC2) or equivalentAustralian work rightsTRACKS Integrated Services is an equal opportunity employer.
