Patten Pavement Services (PPS) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Traffic Controller.

Our clientele includes State Government Agencies, Municipalities, and Contractors across various sectors such as Road Construction, Crushing, Civil, Traffic Management, and Maintenance industries.The role will follow our crews in and around the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne where you'll work across land subdivision and major civil infrastructure projects.Job description:THE ROLEThe main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for road worksComplete site hazard assessments and implement control measuresMonitor traffic behavior and or flow to ensure safety is always maintainedAssist with setup and by loading and unloading vehicles with signage and equipmentControl traffic and pedestrians to protect maintenance workers, the general public and residentsABOUT YOUYou will hold the relevant traffic control tickets: RIIWHS205E & RIIWHS302E or RIIWHS205D & RIIWHS302DIdeally you will hold a manual driver's licenseYou will hold a White Construction Industry CardHave a sound knowledge of safetyHave a strong work ethic, ensuring you are always on timeHOW TO APPLYTo apply for this position please either apply through this website or email Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 – $45.78 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 50 per weekSchedule:Fixed shiftWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
