Your opportunity: As our valued Data & Reporting Manager, you will play a vital role in the Customer Lifecycle Management team. You will utilise your experience in developing and delivering reports, modelling and scenario analysis to lead the design, build and implementation of key dashboards.
You'll make impact by: Assessing and enhancing existing reports, creating new, robust dashboards and visualizations that enable self-service and provide timely, accurate insights. Extracting and integrating data from various sources, maintaining, updating, and enhancing established systems to meet business needs. Developing and optimising customised data models, ensuring effective dataset relationship mapping for accurate metrics and input data. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align reporting to ensure consistency of metrics reported across broader functional teams (e.g. Product, Finance, BI). Assisting with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support business improvement initiatives and understand how customer behaviour, product & pricing changes and campaign effectiveness impact revenues and subscribers. What you'll bring: Proven experience in developing, delivering and maintaining business intelligence reports and dashboards, within a similar position. Strong reporting, modelling, and scenario analysis, preferably in Telecommunications /Technology/Service industry. Advanced Power BI experience (Power BI Certificate is a bonus) / Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – pivot tables, index and lookup functionality, data ranging. Competency working in a SQL-based environment and data platform such as Teradata, AWS (or similar) cloud-based data platform. Highly developed written and communication skills with the ability to present information visually via the use of charts, maps, scorecards and interactive dashboards. Strong team leadership and people management experience. Ideally, you will also have: Working knowledge of campaign systems such as SAS/ Pega is highly regarded. What's in it for you?
