Senior Director, Systems
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency Details : The Data, Analytics and Finance Team (DAFT) within Work Safety Group (WSG) is responsible for data and analytics, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems administration functions of WSG as well as for aspects of the prudential and financial management functions on behalf of the Public Sector Workers' Compensation Fund (PSWC Fund) including the management of the third-party claims manager service contract.
We are looking for a leader within our Systems team who can think strategically, plan ahead and enable a team to effectively deliver Work Safety Group's business solutions strategy to support WhoG Work Health and Safety Initiatives.
To be successful you would be someone who:
Has demonstrated experience in the strategic business improvement and ICT procurement, contract management and administration; Excellent leadership skills including the ability to successfully negotiate, liaise and consult with stakeholders and lead a team to positive outcomes. A high-level of initiative and ability to plan work programs and manage competing priorities. Eligibility/ Other Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in finance, actuarial studies, risk management and other insurance related disciplines is highly desirable.
