About the role
We're on the hunt for our newest Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist. Reporting to the Global Head of TA, and with support from senior team members, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of functions e.g., Winemaking / Growing, Sales, Marketing, Direct to Consumer, etc. On top of creating a great hiring experience, we're also passionate about evolving our Global TA function, so you get lots of exposure to projects you can contribute to.
You will be responsible for:
Engaging with Hiring Managers to successfully deliver recruitment assignments Creating an exemplary candidate and hiring manager experience Utilising a variety of sourcing channels and technologies to uncover, nurture, and deliver talent Ensuring a consistent application of the relevant Recruitment / HR policies and processes Supporting project initiatives across EVP, technology, process, and IE&D About you
Confident in running end-to-end recruitment System savvy and able to use multiple sources to uncover talent High levels of self-motivation – you'll strive to exceed business needs and objectives Structured, organised, and a methodical approach to solving problems Superb stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Why you'll love it here:
