Job Description Clean floors, walls, furniture, cupboards etc. of guest roomClean patio and furnitureClean guest bathroom; restock linen and amenitiesCollect garbage from all receptacles in guestroomStrip and remake beds according to hotel standardClean and check lamps and light fixturesClean and fill ice-bucketsCheck and replace hotel collateral and stationary as necessaryAttend to any extra requirements of the guestPromptly inform the Supervisor of any defects or maintenance work required in the guest roomsInform the Supervisor of guest comments or complaintsEnsure that ice is placed in all occupied roomsEnsure that all cubby holes are restocked with amenities and linenEnsure that the trolleys and cubby holes are kept clean and tidy at all timesEnsure that all garbage is removed from the trolley, corridor and cubby hole are clean and tidy before going off dutyEnsure that all linen caddies are placed in the original position on the corridors before going off dutyBe polite and courteous to guest/staff at all timesConsistently provide professional, friendly and engaging serviceAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesQualifications CXC passes in Mathematics and EnglishComputer literate in Microsoft Windows applications requiredAdditional Information Attention to detail and high level of accuracyPeople-oriented and friendlyHas a humble and service oriented attitudeGood grooming and presentationEfficient time management skillsEnergetic with the ability to multitask efficiently
