Technical Trainer

You will conduct both in-person and virtual instructor-led training sessions, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting during these sessions. Your role will also involve assessing the specific training needs of clients and customizing programs accordingly. Collaborating closely with the IT team and vendors, you will play a crucial role in launching new software services. Staying updated with the latest developments in applications is key to integrating them into your training programs.
Job requirements:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Microsoft, Adobe, and other productivity applications
Conduct instructor-led training sessions, both in-person and virtually
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during training sessions
Assess training needs and customize training programs to meet specific requirements
Collaborate with the IT team and vendors to launch new software services
Stay updated with the latest developments with applications and integrate them into training programs
What you bring:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven experience as a Technology Trainer, particularly with Microsoft products such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Adobe
Ability to pick up technical systems quickly
Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plus
Experience with e-learning platforms and learning management systems
Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
