If so, we want you to join our DIA Digital Design team as a Senior Product Designer .As a Senior Product Designer, you'll take a leadership role in projects, refining and applying human-centred and evidence-based methodologies. Champion the user by leveraging a high level of technical UX/UI knowledge to identify insights from customer research, internal service metrics, and market analysis. You'll collaborate with designers at all levels will be crucial in enhancing our design standards and tools, ensuring design consistency and an exceptional digital experience across our products.This is a 24-month Fixed Term Contract role, we welcome applicants from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane .About You• Solid experience as a UX or Product Designer, ideally as a Senior/Lead Designer with team leadership experience• General understanding of the financial services/ insurance industry• Proven experience as a subject matter expert in top-tier loyalty programs• Thought leadership, balanced judgement and decision-making• Self-led, proactive, focused and empowered to drive projects• Ability to think strategically, attend to details, and demonstrated excellent organisational skills• Skilled in creating and using design artefacts (like personas, journey maps, scenarios, infographics) to distil complex information into understandable and actionable concepts.Applications close Wednesday 5 June 23:59pm AEST.ABOUT USIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
