The Opportunity: As a Technical Service Engineer, you will be part of a level 3 team of subject matter experts that is responsible for providing technical expertise for clients' various environments and providing L3 Wintel incident management within their ITSM toolset.
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
