Your new company

One of the largest financial services providers in Sydney, which offers multiple products across the domestic market, is looking to recruit a Technical Business Analyst to be part of their Group-wide Technology and Data team.

Your new role

The Technical Business Analyst sits within the Chief Data Office working on the delivery of customer engagement solutions and decisioning. You'd be responsible for running workshops, translating technical requirements and providing documentation. You'd act as a bridge between the business and Solutions Architects/Designers and help drive delivery with Engineers and Testers. This person will sit within a Group Operations Tribe, reporting into a PM within Service Operations. You will work across the Financial Crime Program of Action, from a Service Operations point of view.

What you'll need to succeed

5 + years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the Financial Services industry

Strong knowledge of Hadoop or Spark

Strong SQL and Teradata knowledge

Previously worked in a large-scale environment

What you'll get in return

This is a permanent position based in Sydney CBD, paying up to $140 - $145k + super dependent on experience.
