About The Position As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership and mentorship to a dynamic team of 4-5 consultants, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counsellors.
This role demands a proactive approach to leading strategic file reviews, achieving team targets, and delivering outstanding service outcomes.
Additionally, you will be instrumental in networking and enhancing relationships with key clients, leveraging your expertise to drive the growth and success of your team.

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, preferably with experience managing a team.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Possession of a current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.
