The incumbent will develop and build effective working relationships with University Services, senior academics and key stakeholders and provide leadership and support to a Teaching and Learning Officer. This is an exciting chance to thrive in a dynamic and complex academic environment while making a meaningful impact on education excellence within the Faculty of Arts.Your responsibilities will include:Manage the successful delivery of curriculum delivery support activities for coursework programs within the School, including results processing, production of the timetable, exams scheduling and student timetable assistance.Effectively motivate, coach and manage direct reports to achieve goals and provide clear expectations, regular feedback and document performance outcomes.Work closely with the Curriculum Development Support Team to ensure curriculum changes are accurately reflected in the handbook and other related activities such as timetabling. Managing the resolution of complex queries raised by direct reports, other professional staff, students and academics through the application of relevant policies and procedures.Work closely with the Curriculum Delivery Support Manager to lead a key Curriculum Delivery support activity across the team Undertake ongoing review of processes resulting in continuous improvement and ensuring best We Are Looking ForWe're in search of a highly motivated, dynamic team member with demonstrated stakeholder management and ability to interpret complex policy in prior positions will bring a high degree of initiative and self-management to deal with the range of projects and tasks involved, as well as the ability to be self-motivated and flexible in responding to changing work priorities.
