ABOUT YOUR ROLE As a Talent Acquisition Partner (12-month contract) , you will be joining an experienced & fast paced TA team to add further value with our quality of hire initiatives. The role will also work closely with our Senior Manager, TA, P&C business partnering teams locally and will collaborate and partner with our global P&C centres of expertise on occasion supporting relevant projects. You will be responsible for partnering with the business on their current and future talent requirements, use analytics to predict hiring needs and ensuring that we are attracting unrivalled talent have the talent pools in place to service the needs of the business accurately and at pace. Working aligned with our SLA's, you will be responsible for executing a best-practice strategic sourcing hiring approach, as you engage diverse talent into our business and manage end-to-end recruitment and provide an unrivalled service to the business. The role is to support our current TA Partners across portfolios and also contribute to local and global projects, where applicable. Your flexibility and growth mindset will be highly regarded! WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Ensure talent needs across our customer base are adequately forecast and required resources are available to meet recruitment demand Develop talent pools for predicted recruitment cycles for across your business area Connecting with your Hiring Managers to develop and maintain a deep understanding of your customer base and customer strategy to support you in delivering a tailored talent attraction strategy Hiring data interpretation to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to build talent pools and pro-active shortlists for predicted roles across your business area Effectively manage an end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles (including executive) aligned with SLA, providing an optimal candidate / manager experience Provide strategic and commercially sound recruitment advice to Hiring Managers and P&C stakeholders on current market trends, best practice approach Provide direct, consultative and timely recruitment expertise for the internal and external recruitment of roles according to Best Practice and within agreed SLA's with the business. Directly approach (direct source) and engage the best in market talent through all sourcing methods including search, LinkedIn social media and networking where appropriate Provide timely and quality feedback to candidates as required by the Recruitment & Selection Policy Engage & partner with key stakeholders, delivering outstanding stakeholder management to ensure effective buy in, focus and commitment to associated programme interventions e.g. Employee Referral Programme, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives EVP - Act as brand ambassador eg recruiting events, networking events, seminars. Work on relevant projects to enhance EVP as required. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies and provide insights to your customer base Assist and lead where appropriate global initiatives and projects under the instruction of Senior Manager – TA Continuous improvement - suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU! The ideal Talent Acquisition Partner candidate will be a passionate people person, experienced in leading best practice hiring methodologies. You will also have: Experience working within large recruitment teams (FMCG highly regarded) and prior experience in a People & Culture environment (global exposure ideal), local Australian recruitment market knowledge required Delivering on strategic recruitment and volume recruitment experience – end to end management of the hiring lifecycle. Ability to work agile and flexible – evolving / growing environment. In-depth knowledge of candidate selection and sourcing methods Ability to proactively connect with and create strong relationships with Business Stakeholders and the P&C Community with and the ability to education on best practice methodologies. Strong system (ATS) abilities and compliance mindset – SuccessFactors experience is preferred Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills – we are a fun team!
