WHSEQ Officer & Project Administration at Synergy Demolition Group Pty Ltd About the position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Estimating Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team.
You will play a vital role in supporting our team with a range of administrative tasks.
This role is crucial for managing documentation and administrative tasks for our estimating team.
The role may be full-time or part-time (salary pro-rated) over 3-5 days depending on the successful applicant and is based in our Tottenham office.

What you'll be doing
Documentation Management : Responsible for accurate document management and administration for the estimating team, including tender setup, filing (soft & hard copy documents) and processing construction-related documentation from clients.
Tender Preparation : Assist teams with administrative aspects of tracking, preparation and lodgement of tender submission opportunities and responses within time critical deadlines.
General Administration : Support all aspects of the day-to-day administration of the business.
Manage emails, calendar events, and printing tasks.
Assist HR administrative functions to support staff contracts, records, and inductions including the onboarding of new staff members in accordance with our processes.
Who is our preferred candidate?

Our preferred candidate for the role will have 4+ years' experience in estimating administration and a legal right to work in Australia.

Your overall objective will be to support the smooth running of the administrative functions of the business to ensure the team is free to focus on projects and client service.

You describe yourself as a team player, someone who thrives on responsibility, is self-motivated and takes initiative, seeks efficiencies and can effectively prioritise competing demands.
You are outcomes driven, demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills and have a keen eye for detail and accuracy with the ability to support multiple projects concurrently.
You can anticipate problems and implement actions before issues arise.
You have significant current experience and competencies with the MS Office suite and Adobe, along with a willingness to learn new software or apps and gain new skills.
