Our services include aged and disability care, transitional care, personal care, sleepovers, transport, social support, domestic assistance, companionship, nursing, and respite care.
We are currently seeking experienced Personal Care Workers who are enthusiastic and passionate about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service. Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at home.
A successful candidate will have the following:
Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people Excellent written and verbal skills Able to work autonomously and as part of a team High level of time management and organisational ability Qualifications Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care, or Disability Care, or currently studying towards it Satisfactory Australian National Police check Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate Driver's licence and your own car Excellent communication skills Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality is essential.
