The support services coordinator works collaboratively with thesenior clinic teams across all Congress clinics to ensure thatfrontline support services staff (Client services Officers,Aboriginal Liaison Officers and Transport Officers) are wellequipped to provide excellent, safe and culturally appropriateclient services. The role provides leadership for the training,orientation, professional development and mentoring of supportservices staff, including the development and provision of acomprehensive induction and ongoing mentoring and professionaldevelopment in a timely manner.
