About the role:

We're on the hunt for a AV Tech to join our Technology team based in Townsville.
As an AV Tech, you'll dive into the exciting intersection of IT and broadcasting technology.
You'll gain hands-on experience in operating and maintaining studio equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring flawless live broadcasts.
In this role, you will represent the SCA Projects & Infrastructure Centre and the SCA Support Centre in the Perth market, working across the WA state.
Note: This position is an excellent starting point for final year students, recent graduates, or individuals keen to launch their careers in radio.

Experience we're looking for:

Strong problem solving skills and an understanding of Audio & Visual signal flow.
Exposure working with digital audio platforms or related technologies (desirable) Experience working with IT, electronics, or equivalent recent qualifications (desirable) Introductory experience with programming languages would be advantageous.
Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills – you're a team player.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, plus the ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines at the same time.
A can do attitude and a thirst for knowledge.
