About the role: As our Supply Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products through the supply chain. This includes managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet production and customer needs. Your goal will be to optimize operations, minimize waste, and ensure timely delivery while supporting the company's commitment to high-quality coffee production.
High-level, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and managing the supply of raw materials, particularly green beans.Coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries and overseeing logistics.Collaborating with stakeholders, including internal and external teams.Maintaining accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems to support supply analysis and decision-making.Managing the procurement of finished goods for operations in Australia and New Zealand.This is a full-time position working 38 hours between Monday-Friday.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a highly organised and driven individual with a background in supply chain management and a passion for operational excellence. You'll be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can collaborate effectively across teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Key Skills and Experience:
2-5 years in supply chain planning, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the consumer goods sector.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Experience working in multisite operations across multiple geographies is highly regarded.
