About the Opportunity Ensure the integrity and effective utilisation of ARTC's rail infrastructureinventory.
Maintain the integrity of the regional inventory system ensuring a high degree of stock accuracy and effective stock management practices.
Facilitate the sourcing anddelivery logistics of Catalogue Products required for rail upgradeprojects Manage the safe andefficient storage of all Products upon delivery at the DistributionCentres Perform stock verificationsat all inventory locations as per the Inventory Stocktake Procedure Supervise movements betweenlocations coordinating with other regional staff to address shortfalls instock where necessary and maximise stock utilisation Ensure that procurementSupply Agreements are effectively utilised Infrequent travel requiredto remote stocking locations About You To ensure success in this position, applicants will be able to demonstrate:
Strong warehousing andlogistics experience with extensive experience in operating a forklift Sound understanding ofChain of Responsibility requirements Solid experience in aprocurement and inventory administration role in a multi-site environment Excellent communicationskills both written and oral Developed skills innegotiation, influencing, and problem solving High level of analyticalability, commercial acumen and a willingness to exceed customerexpectation Proficient with ERPmanagement systems and highly computer literate Good knowledge of supplyagreements and contracts What we offer You will have access to a variety of benefits working with us, including but not limited to:
