Location: Greenacre – 5 days on-site is required (parking is available) Report directly to the Group FC and direct line to the CFO Fantastic culture and growth opportunities Responsibilities: As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will lead the costing conversations with the finance function and business stakeholders (product development, operations, logistics etc.) to provide insights and recommendations.
Analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Business partner with cross-functional teams to gather relevant cost information and provide insights into cost drivers. Develop and maintain costing models to accurately estimate product/service costs and profitability. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, with a focus on cost analysis. Conduct regular reviews of product/service pricing to ensure alignment with cost structures and market dynamics. Participate in cost-reduction initiatives and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities. Help to establish a leading practice costing function with the opportunity to people lead. About You: Qualified CIMA, CA or CPA with 5+ years PQE Proven experience parenting with Senior Executives to help influence decision-making Strong costing experience in a small to large Manufacturing or Consumer Goods environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
