As Supply Chain Customer Engagement Specialist within our Supply Chain Team, you'll be responsible for the overall effectiveness of the Customer Fulfilment process. You will proactively engage assigned customers to deliver effective communication & continuous improvements and will liaise with Trade & Order to Cash functions to drive service levels, optimal cost to serve & satisfaction of customers. You will create a positive customer experience, providing added value at every customer interaction.

Main responsibilities: Responsible for the Supply Chain relationship with assigned Priority customers:Proactively inform the customer about the status of stock, orders, deliveries, invoices, returns & claims.Accountable for any issues & requests from their assigned customers to ensure they are resolved on timely basis.Perform root-cause analysis & continuous improvement.Proactively act upon 'Voice of the Customer' data to drive Customer Satisfaction.Act as Customer Ethnographer, studying the customer, learning about their environment & overall experience.Optimise Customer Experience.Collaborate with Tactical Customer Engagement Lead. Supporting Operational meetings, customer segmentation, joint scorecard processes and execute customer collaboration activity.Liaise with Customer Fulfilment Coordinator/s & Distribution/Third-party logistics in case of urgent delivery issues.Collaboration with Global Customer Fulfilment and assist in local execution of global strategy. Actively participate and share best practices.Coordinate with Trade & Contract on Commercial conditions maintenance, ensure check product & price conditions in Sanofi & customer systems are aligned.Point of contact for Priority Customer calls and claims resolution communication to customer.About you: Tertiary qualification in a relevant field e.g. Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering.Prior experience in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer care plans and initiatives; account management experiences preferred.Communication and Negotiation competencies; Stakeholder Management skills; change management mindset.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Analytical tools such as Advanced Excel (Power BI desirable).Desirable: Understanding of the end to end Supply Chain processes.SAP knowledge is desirable.Why choose us?
