to lead, mentor, and coach the

Maintenance Support Officers, Parts and Logistics , who support the Shutdown and Maintenance Teams, whilst working closely with all key stakeholders.Organise and manage the site's parts and OSR for all Maintenance and Shutdown activities whilst promoting and developing a positive safety culture.Leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business and comes with a huge amount of responsibility.
