Our specialist Defence team has partnered with one of South Australia's leading manufacturers as they look to continue their growth pathway.With a strong pipeline across mechanical manufacturing, including the development of communication and marine-related technologies, we are recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our client's Adelaide facility.You'll lead your trade and technical crews in time-sensitive high-end development and delivery of mechanically constructed technology, with a strong focus on safe working practices, quality control, and delivery improvements.To be successful you'll need:Proven background in leading manufacturing teams across the design and build stages.Background within mechanical manufacturing, workshop, or facility management.Management of work plans, reviewing schematic and delivery design plans.Host and deliver related toolbox talks, including identifying key points of safety.Background in work schedule planning and associated cost allocations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
