Supervisor

Civil Site Supervisor - Subdivisions TEN Recruitment are in partnership with a civil engineering contractor who provide a range of services across Western Australia including land development (commercial & residential) and civil infrastructure (private & government). The family-owned business is both client and quality focussed with over 30 years of industry experience. This is an excellent time to join a dynamic and fast-growing division of the business and supervise the construction of a large subdivision in the Yanchep area. This opportunity will provide the successful candidate with continuity of work – the project has up to 2 years to complete. They are especially keen to speak to Supervisors or Leading Hands with a background in subdivision construction, specifically being strong in the final stages of construction in areas such as kerbing, final trim, retaining walls etc. Duties Lead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials and subcontractors daily. Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management. Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs. Maintain site records and responsible for onsite OH&S documentation including toolbox meetings and completing incident / near miss reporting. Ensure programs, productions and budgets are met. Understand SOW and follow up on Variations, changes, etc. Candidate Criteria At least 5 years' experience in Subdivisional works including Bulk Earthworks and Undergrounds. Ability to interpret drawings and construction programs. Safety focussed. Ability to work flexible hours and willing to operate plant and equipment if required. Strong communication skills. Valid driver's license. Current Senior First Aid is desirable. MUST hold Australian working rights (International candidates will not be considered) On Offer $150,000 base salary (dependent on candidate skillset). Company Vehicle, Laptop and Mobile Phone.
