About Your Opportunity As the Supervisor - Client Services, you will manage a team of client service officers who are responsible for our Incident Management and Service Request practices, providing excellent customer service, prompt, and accurate client responses, proactively managing adherence to agreed service levels and when possible, exceeding client's expectations.
Key responsibilities: Lead the Client Services team to ensure the professional, courteous, and timely support to Seqwater staff.
Plan, direct and monitor both the Service Desk and Hub operations; through the monitoring, tracking, reporting and improvement of support services and processes.
Oversee resource planning and scheduling including after hours and emergency coverage, managing team performance and KPIs, adherence with service management processes.
Perform the day-to-day duties of ITSM Practice Manager for Service Desk, Incident Management and Service Request Management.
About you To be successful in this role, you will possess:   Demonstrated high level of motivation and aspire to exceed client expectations.
Tertiary qualifications in an information technology discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in desktop support, including an understanding of security issues, network services, cloud technologies, access administration, SOE/MOEs and Microsoft and Azure products.
Strong Digital leadership and management skills, including change management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with knowledge and ability to apply human resource management skills.
High level knowledge of ITIL with detailed knowledge of the following practices: Service Desk Incident Management Service Request Fulfilment Knowledge Management Change Management Problem Management This position has a salary starting at $118,579 plus 12.75% superannuation and is a permanent role.
Appointment to this role may be subject to the provision of a national police check and may be subject to other medical/character requirements.
