Job Description
The Goose is an iconic Southwest restaurant located in Busselton (WA, 6280), currently in search of a passionate and experienced Supervisor Bar Attendant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring efficient and smooth service. Train and supervise bar staff, providing guidance and support. Schedule and manage bar staff shifts to meet operational needs. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all liquor licensing regulations and safety standards. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Assist with bar staff training and development. Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a bar environment. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude. Strong organisational and time management skills. Knowledge of bar service standards, cocktail recipes, and liquor licensing regulations. Remuneration: $65,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation. Therefore, suitable candidates are expected to live in the Southwest of WA region.
