In this critical role, you'll empower City leaders to drive growth and success through the effective development and implementation of our Integrated Planning Framework.
About your new role
As part of a team of Strategy and Planning Leads, you'll play a vital role in supporting and implementing the City's Integrated Planning Framework.
You will lead the development of our Council Plan, setting strategic directions, shaping the city's future, and ensuring optimal performance, transparency, and value for the community.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Council Plan Coordination: Oversee the development and annual review process of the Council Plan.
Collaborate Across the Organisation: Work with stakeholders across all departments to ensure cohesive delivery of the City's Operational Plan.
Provide Strategic Expertise: Offer specialised advice to City leaders to shape impactful city strategies.
Manage Annual Planning and Budget Cycles: Ensure alignment between plans, strategies, and outcomes by supporting departments in business and service planning.
Influence Strategic Outcomes: Address complex issues in strategy and planning, negotiating and influencing effective approaches across the City.
