You have a lot of energy, ideas and enthusiasm for all things running, health and fitness, gear and tech. You are a leader, who loves to lead, influence, and inspire others; motivates, empowers, develops, and directs people as they work.Responsibilities:Manage the store inline with the company's short- and long-term goalsCo-create the store vision aligning with Sole Motive strategy and valuesDevelop and implement comprehensive quarterly and annual planning for the store, including strategy, budget, team development and recruitmentAchieve budgeted revenue goals and monitoring of expenses and inventoryTrain and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer standards and hit sales targetsManage retail staff including hiring, planning and preparing rostersResponsible for overall store presentation including visual merchandisingProvide A+ service to our customers and communityBuild strong relationships with supplier sales repsWork with suppliers to ensure optimal stock levels taking into account customer preferences and sales dataYour hours:The role is full time* (37.5 hours) and must be available for 1 weekend day with 75% of time spent on the shop floor. *Open to applications for PT minimum 30 hours per week.
